By creating a Milo account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Milo.

Milo is a performance-coaching service for strength and running. It builds and adapts training from information you provide and, if connected, supported Garmin data. Some coach insights are generated with help from an AI provider.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and promptly tell Milo if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Milo is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or emergency service. Its readiness, training, and AI-assisted guidance is informational and may be incomplete or wrong. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing a training program. Stop training and seek appropriate care if you experience pain, dizziness, injury, or another concerning symptom. You remain responsible for training within your limits.

Garmin is optional and is governed by Garmin's own terms and privacy practices. Connected data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Milo is not responsible for a third-party service's availability or accuracy.

Do not misuse Milo, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the service in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

Milo may improve, add, limit, or discontinue features and may suspend access for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Milo does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

You can request permanent account deletion from the app. Milo may suspend or terminate access for material misuse, security risk, or legal requirements.

The Privacy Policy explains what information Milo collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Milo is provided without warranties, and Milo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Applicable law may give you rights that these terms cannot limit.
